Our BBA Parent Meetings are a chance for families, caregivers, teachers, and staff to come together to share updates, discuss important topics, and collaborate on ways to support our school community.

When & Where
BBA Parent Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6:00–7:30 PM in the Birney Auditorium. We begin with time to meet and connect with other families before diving into the agenda.

Free Dinner and Childcare Provided
We know evenings are family time, and getting to a meeting at dinnertime can be tricky. That’s why every BBA Parent Meeting includes a free dinner and childcare—so you can focus on connecting with other families and staying engaged in our school community while your kids are cared for and fed.

What to Expect at a Meeting

• Updates from the principal, PTA, and FOABE (Friends of Alice Birney Elementary)

• Opportunities to connect with other families and staff

• Information on upcoming school events and programs

• Discussion of new ideas, needs, and ways to support our students

• Time for agenda items submitted by parents/caregivers
