After School Enrichment
Birney offers 3 types of after school childcare: PrimeTime, SAY, and After School Enrichment.
After School Enrichment (ASE) was founded in 2017 by parents of Birney students, and as a program of the Birney PTA, it remains entirely volunteer-coordinated today. The goal of ASE is to offer all Birney students after school activities that fit diverse interests, budgets, schedules, and ages.
This year, ASE classes begin on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 and the final day of ASE classes is Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 . A detailed day-by-day ASE schedule can be found in the ASE Booklet.
